Sustained Advising

Consultation is often viewed as bringing in individuals to assess someone's work, especially when their expertise is needed to evaluate performance, offer feedback, or suggest enhancements. This process is commonly known as "ongoing consultation." Small College Consulting aims to shift the perception of this service by introducing what we term "Sustained Advising."

  • A Director, Dean, Vice President, or any professional seeking a seasoned advisor for brainstorming and strategic planning.
  • A college President looking for a cost-effective solution to support their team.
